Carla Hellinga, who signs her work as CAHEL, is of Dutch origin and works and lives in France. She is entirely self-taught in sculpting.

To render to art it's magnificent power to evocate, the power which is hers before the discourse one holds on her takes it away and the translation into words flattens the subject.
